How long can I keep the bins?
Every package includes one week. After that it’s $1 per bin per extra week — keep them as long as you need.
How is the travel fee calculated?
Two trips from our Laval warehouse: one to deliver, one to pick up. The first 10 km of each trip are free, then a per-km rate applies. Our service area covers 25 km around the warehouse.
What if I only need the bins for a few days?
The billable minimum is one week, even for a two-day rental.
Are the bins clean?
Every bin is cleaned and inspected between rentals.
What happens after I pay?
You get an instant receipt, then an email confirmation within 24 hours once availability is verified.
Can I cancel?
Yes — contact us by email or phone and we’ll refund you according to the cancellation policy.
